Global Conference of Rockefeller Foundation at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi on 22 March 2013. Simultaneously
held in Bangkok, New Delhi & Nairobi, this global conference of Rockefeller Foundation entitled “2013 Pop-up Lab/Health
Vulnerability of Informal Workers” focussed on ascertaining the responsibility of various stakeholders for health related
vulnerabilities of workers in an informal economy. Flame managed the logistics of this prestigious event in terms of collaterals,
venue related activities like delegate kits, editorial coverage etc.
National Brand Conclave on “Challenges of growing Brands in a Disruptive Era” at India Habitat Centre,
New Delhi on 12 March 2011 successfully organized by Flame Communications, in association with All India
Management Association (AIMA) & Delhi Management Association (DMA). Flame conceptualized & designed this
prestigious conference, and marketed it for sponsorship. Eminent speakers, organized by Flame from industry &
academia, deliberated on this contemporary & hotly-debated topic through four sessions. Mr. Rohan Ubriani, Founder & CMD,
Flame Communications, conducted the day-long event as Conclave Director.
Blue Star’s Exhibition Pavilion at Agrotech, Chandigarh: The pavilion for Blue Star was designed, fabricated,
completely commissioned by Flame & we maintained it also for seven days at Chandigarh, on a turn-key basis.
Workshops on “Creativity & Advertising Campaign Planning” by Flame Communications
Flame, in association with Delhi Management Association (DMA), organized a practical, knowledge power-packed participative
workshop at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
It aimed at enabling the participants to develop the crystal clear understanding of Creativity,
the practical knowledge of how professional advertising is created in real life, and to ascertain their
own Creativity Quotient by letting participants create ads themselves. Mr. Rohan Ubriani, Founder & CMD,
Flame Communications led the workshop as Program Director. The other workshop leaders included eminent professionals
from the advertising industry & academia, namely, Mr. Divya Pratap Mehta, Head of Strategy & National Planning Director,
Publicis India; Prof. Stephen Rawlinson, President, JRE Group of Institutions; Ms. Silvia Ojeda Garcia, Academic Director,
Raffles Millennium International; and Ms Sumati Channa, Head, CRC, ISBF, who shared their wealth of knowledge with the
participants which included corporate executives, students & faculty members.
Success of this workshop resulted in it being held at various other prestigious institutions like Delhi University & at some well know institutes in Delhi NCR.

Flame marketed this unique commercial play for sponsorship successfully, which was staged at Shri Ram Centre, New Delhi; also designed & published ads; designed & printed brochures, posters etc.
